After purchase, customers receive access details by email or through our learning platform.

3. Monthly Subscription — £97 Per Month
Customers on a monthly subscription are billed every month unless they cancel.

Cancellation stops future charges. It does not automatically refund previous payments already made for access, software resources, training, templates or support already provided. You are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of your membership.

The £1,997 package includes done-for-you setup, onboarding, software configuration, implementation support and/or training resources depending on the package purchased.

6. Refund Requests

We review refund requests fairly and aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

If a subscription payment fails, access may be paused until payment is updated.
